Tader is 2
I didn't get around to posting the pictures of Aiden's birthday party right after he turned 2, but here they are none the less.

Had a family party a few days before his birthday. Not pictured is Dawn's mom.

Of course, we then had to have a seperate party with some of the neighborhood kids.

The "Thomas & Friends" party with the neighborhood.

The next morning he posed for pictures with his brother and mommy.

Mom and kids.

Of course, one of his new skills is blowing kisses...

Weeks later, Aiden and I fed the horses some carrots

In misc news, Keenan is almost sitting up on his own (he can lean up in the stroller, but not on the floor and he'll stay up on the floor only until his attention span tracks on something just out of reach when he'll promptly fall over trying to get it). He loves rolling around and putting pretty much anything in his mouth (he got a hold of some papers yesterday while he was in his crib and chewed them up - and ate some). He has 5 teeth (3 on top and two on the bottom) and I think he is getting another one in. He is getting the dark, long eye lashes that both Aiden and I have. He smiles really easy and loves to play little tickle games. He fell asleep on me today while we were watching TV and he almost covers my entire fat gut (finally - something to cover it up with - hahahaha).

Aiden says "I" and points with one finger when you ask him how old he is (we're working on it). He has pretty much defeated the child safety stuff we put in the kitchen so we went to magnetic locks which are pretty cool. He can occasionally open a door (mostly his bedroom door) which means we are close to having the funny little covers on our front door. He loves to ride his 3 wheel bike thingy and he doesn't pedal at all, but instead just pushes with his feet, occassionally he'll also use a driveway to get a little speed going and then turn real hard and crash. We've pretty much accepted that he may be a little X-sport type kid and break lots of bones and do things to make his mother's heart stop.

I still haven't completely moved out to the office. I'm working out here, but I don't have my bookshelves up (I screwed around with them today and I have to finish tomorrow - sometimes I get WAY too anal). There is still some stuff on the deck from when we did the work on the office. But, we are making some progress (slowly but surely). I'll probably have to have a party once I'm officially completely moved out here.

Dawn is running for City Council again this year, but since she has no one opposing her we aren't really doing much of anything about it. The kids pretty much keep her busy 24x7x365 and that is cool with both of us (well, except sometimes she gets up at 3am or something and isn't really all that excited about it - of course, I wouldn't be either). One of these days I guess I'm supposed to get up in the middle of the night with the kids and see if I can make it all day without a nap (HA, I know I can't - so why do we have to do this still).

Just for Joe
Well, Joe wrote me a nasty e-mail saying he has to have a forum to discuss my pictures. So, I've added a forum! You MUST register in order to see anything, post, etc. Just so you know.
